Challenge

Job seekers around the world have a clear and strong need for real-time AI support in remote interviews, technical interviews, and cross-language conversations. Yet the products on the market tend to respond slowly, understand context poorly, cover only one step of the process, and lack multilingual support, so they struggle to help at the pace of a real interview.

Solution

Scope of work: Fully in-house, end to end from product definition to launch and operations: product design, AI capabilities, frontend, backend and mobile development, the subscription system, and growth operations.

We built FastReply from scratch: an AI platform that covers the whole job search, with AI resume generation, mock interviews, real-time interview support, post-interview review and scoring, kana annotation, and a job-hunting calendar.

  • Real-time voice conversation: The entire pipeline is designed for real time. Answers appear while the conversation is still going, not after the speaker finishes, with latency kept within what a real interview can tolerate.
  • Personalized answers: Each user's resume, target role, and conversation history serve as context, so answers fit that person's experience and goals instead of following a generic template.
  • Continuous AI tuning: Answer quality evaluation and usage monitoring are in place, and the system is tuned continuously to balance quality, speed, and cost.
  • A complete subscription product: User accounts, subscription billing, access management, monitoring, and automated operations are all in place, closing the business loop from sign-up to payment.
  • Multilingual, three platforms: Supports 6 languages, passed Apple App Store and Google Play review, and launched on Web, iOS, and Android at the same time.
  • Growth operations: A network of social media accounts in China and overseas runs in parallel, with a steady output of topics, copy, image posts, and short videos, which has also grown into a brand visual system and app store assets.

Results

  • Real revenue: Since launch, registered users have passed 3,000 and monthly revenue is above RMB 50,000, all from real paid subscriptions, with users in China and several overseas markets.
  • An institutional model: Beyond individual users, a partnership model for universities and vocational education institutions is in place.

This combination of "large language models + real-time voice + multilingual + three-platform delivery" is the technical foundation we bring to enterprise AI development.
