Quality inspection and sorting: manual visual inspection is slow, misses defects, and inspectors are harder and harder to hire. We use machine vision for surface defect detection and for grading and sorting finished products. We have delivered sorting equipment with object recognition AI, doing the algorithms, software, and hardware integration ourselves, so production line scenarios are on the table.

Document processing: drawings, work orders, customs declarations, and inspection reports are entered and checked by hand, which is slow and error-prone. We use OCR plus large language models (LLMs) to structure documents and check them automatically, and turn process documents and quality standards into a company knowledge base that frontline staff can query any time.

Export inquiries and multiple languages: overseas inquiries get slow replies, nobody speaks the less common languages, and orders slip away. Automatic inquiry classification, multilingual reply drafts, and a customer follow-up assistant let the same staff handle more inquiries.

Production data dashboards: data sits across individual machines and piles of Excel files, and getting an overall view means waiting for a report. Data collection and aggregation, real-time dashboards, and automatic daily and weekly reports put production status in plain view.

Education

AI teaching assistant: generating lesson materials, creating tiered exercises, and helping with grading frees teachers from repetitive work and gives their time back to lesson design and students.

Language learning and speaking practice: spoken conversation practice, pronunciation and expression scoring, and personalized corrections. These real-time speech and multilingual scoring modules are used every day by real users in our own product. They are not a lab demo.

Mock Q&A and interview practice: mock sessions for admission interviews, thesis defenses, and competition Q&A, with questions set for the target scenario, adjustable difficulty, and feedback on multiple dimensions, so students are well prepared before the real thing.

Learning assessment and reports: practice data is summarized automatically into individual learning reports and class analyses. Teachers and parents see specific progress and gaps, not a vague score.
