Scope, technical approach, and milestones are all stated up front, with no hidden costs, and changes are discussed in advance. We usually suggest starting with a light project that shows results within weeks, and expanding once the value is proven. That keeps the risk low on both sides.

We deliver by milestone, in small steps. Every stage ends with something you can try hands-on, so progress is visible. After launch we handle deployment and operations, respond to issues, and keep iterating. Staff training is included. A long-term arrangement as your technology partner on an annual basis is also possible.

Yes. We handle multilingual adaptation, development and release of overseas app versions (the full App Store and Google Play process), and integration of overseas payment and subscription systems. Local market connections rely on our network of overseas partners. It works the other way too: for overseas products and technology entering the Chinese market, we provide localized development and technical support.

On-premises deployment is supported, so data does not leave your company. Data is collected and used on a minimum-necessary basis, and permissions and operation logs can be audited. Education projects have a separate, dedicated mechanism for protecting minors' data and for content safety, and we hold that line strictly.

We are in Xuhui District, Shanghai. For projects in the Yangtze River Delta we can easily visit on site.
